Attention iTunes App fans, there's a new application that looks promising for anyone looking for a trainer but not looking to spend a lot of money. The M-TRAIN can be downloaded at the App Store for $1.99 and promises to combine the music you already have on your iPhone
or iPod touch
with the instruction of a trainer.
Todd Spradlin - an entrepreneur and self-described exercise enthusiast, came up with the idea for the application and brought high-profile fitness trainers Brian Abercrombie and Kristin Anderson aboard.
Using Abercrombie's P.A.S.E. training method (Power, Agility, Strength and Endurance) the trainers put together full-body workouts that range from 25 minutes to 60 minutes for you to use at the gym. It's kind of like keeping your personal trainer in your pocket at all times.
The only issue I have with this idea so far is that I don't have an iPhone or iPod touch. Will I run out to get one now that this is available? I'll have to wait to get the reviews back. Have you tried the application out yet? Send us an email
and let us know what you think!
