In a summer full of potential blockbusters, including "X-Men: Days of Future Past," "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Transformers: Age of Extinction," Gareth Edwards' "Godzilla" reboot has managed to roar into attention -- and continues to with the new trailer that clocks in at two and a half minutes.

"What's really happening is that you're hiding something out there," yells Bryan Cranston's Joe Brody character. "And I have a right to know!"

The new extended look highlights the action and destruction, tsunami and all, while also showing the emotional component, revealing why Cranston's character was so angry in the clips released before. In the trailer, he becomes separated from his wife in a nuclear power plant disaster.

Of course, there's also a quick look at the iconic monster. "Godzilla" hits theaters May 16 and also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Juliette Binoche, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watana be and Sally Hawkins.
