    The Northern York County Regional Police Department needs your help to nab a purse thief. The purse was stolen from the victim at a restaurant in Manchester Township near the end of October.  Police say the man pictured in these photographs used a credit card taken during the purse theft to purchase items at the the HHGregg store in Manchester Township and the Toys R Us store in West Manchester Township.
