Chef Notes:The veal is hand-cut and hand-pounded, and the Ossobuco Milanese is a house specialty — veal shank braised in fresh vegetables and served over a bed of risotto. Chicken alla Parrisi — linguine sauteed with spinach and asparagus tossed in light lemon sauce over a breaded chicken breast — is also a house fave. In the mood for an Italian seafood dish? The Grouper Livornese — grouper filet sauteed with imported Calamata olives, vine-ripened tomatoes, capers and onions in a pinot grigio wine sauce — is a seafood delight.
