    On Tuesday, as the Archdiocese of Chicago changed leaders, we revived a spirited (not spiritual) debate over Latin usage. Several readers emailed or called to protest the headline atop a Tribune editorial: "Pax vobiscum, Cardinal George." These erudite (from erudire, to instruct) objectors note that "vobiscum," or "be with you," is customarily a plural term of address. But there's only one Cardinal George. Aha!
