A Hartford man has been charged with voyeurism after a woman claimed he tried to take "upskirt" photos of her inside a Salvation Army store in July.
A female customer was in the Salvation Army store at 295 Hartford Turnpike on July 7 and told police that Michael Tedford walked by her several times while she was in the store.
The female told police when she stopped to look at an item she saw Tedford bend down behind her holding his cell phone. She told police she could see his cell phone camera was on while Tedford did this.
When police responded they stopped Tedford as he attempted to drive away and seized his cell phone.
