In the latest two-year term (2013 and 2014), U.S. Theodore Deutch, D-Boca Raton, led all of Florida's 27 congressional members by spending $2.49 million to run his office. That was the 11th highest total in Congress. U.S. Rep. Daniel Webster, R-Winter Garden, had the lowest office budget in Florida. This survey included 447 people, including full-time members of the House, some non-voting members and members who didn't complete their terms. The House has 435 voting members.
