Boughton Expected to Announce Third Run For Governor Since 2009

Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton has been running for governor for nearly a decade.

But as he prepares to launch his third bid for the state’s top office, Boughton says this time will be different: he predicts his pragmatic brand of blue-collar Republican politics will help his party win over political independents and even some Democrats.
