Madigan: Legislator convicted of child porn shouldn't get pension

Former state Rep. Keith Farnham should lose the pension he earned as a legislator because he used state-issued computers and a House network server to trade child pornography, Attorney General Lisa Madigan argued in a document filed Thursday with pension officials. Farnham, 67, was sentenced to eight years in prison last month after pleading guilty in federal court to online trading of thousands of images and videos of child pornography depicting victims as young as toddlers.
