In a story April 4 about a leak of personal information in Turkey, The Associated Press erroneously reported that a breach of sensitive personal information of U.S. federal employees and others in 2015 included classified documents. It did not. The article also incorrectly stated the month that the U.S. government revealed that leak. It was June, not April, 2015.
