Lawsuit filed against Righttime Medical Care

Two former and one current employee are suing Davidsonville-based Righttime Medical Care, claiming they weren't paid overtime wages and required to perform work "off the clock." The case was initially filed in U.S. District Court in Baltimore in February, according to online court records. In an amended complaint filed with the court earlier this month, the employees claim that workers at the clinic were regularly required to work over 40 hours a week, receiving only "straight time" pay.
