Colin McEnroe: Imagine Winning Elections With Good Ideas

Well, that was weird!

For the most important result of Tuesday's elections, look not to Virginia or Glastonbury or even Hoboken, birthplace of Sinatra, where voters elected a Sikh (and therefore turban-wearing) mayor.

Look instead to Maine, where a ballot initiative expanded Medicaid access under the Affordable Care Act to an approximate 89,000 people. Gov.
