A son, Colter Max Peck, was born to Amy and Travis Peck of Boyne City at 12:36 a.m. Aug. 8, 2011, at Munson Hospital in Traverse City. Colter weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces at birth. His siblings are Jagger, 6, Rider, 4, and Sayler, 2. Grandparents are Larry and Bridget Peck of Boyne City, and Karen Seeley of Boyne City. Great-grandparents are Kay Peck of Boyne City and Ardith Hawley of Boyne City.

A son, Alexzander Ezeri Torre, was born to Christina Rene Cuff of Bellaire Aug. 8, 2011, at Charlevoix Area Hospital. Alexzander weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces at birth. Grandparents are Christopher Cuff of Bellaire, Heather Lehl of Bellaire, and Angela Crozier of Charlotte.

A son, Karson Parker Meir, was born to Heath and Cristie Meir of Boyne City Aug. 8, 2011, at Charlevoix Area Hospital. Karson weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces at birth. His siblings are Kaden, Koleton and Kale. Grandparents are Lyle and Gayle Gennett of Charlevoix, Sherry Meir of Central Lake, and Bernie Meir of Traverse City.

A son, Grant Richard McLean Arczynski, was born to Jason and Marcie Arczynski of Harbor Springs at 2:05 p.m. Aug. 9, 2011, at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital. Grant weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 22 inches long at birth. Grandparents are Robert and Barbara Arczynski of Ishpeming, and Ernest and Donna McLean of Sault Ste. Marie. Great-grandmother is Helen Arczynski of Mount Clemens.
