Having surgery can be frightening for a child. McLaren Northern Michigan hospital is easing those fears by offering tours of the ambulatory surgery area for children facing surgery and their family members. Tours are conducted from 4-4:30 p.m. every Tuesday. Enter the main lobby of the hospital and ask for directions to the surgical waiting room.
