Provide superior staff development and morale-lifting compensation for employees, adding fifteen minutes in the elementary student's day to allow for both teacher planning time and student enrichment in the arts.

Increase instrumental opportunities for lower achieving students.

Adopt a humane schedule of school start times for all levels.
