It's National Child Passenger Safety Week

..and with that, comes a few reminders from Motherproof.com on what to check to make sure your child is riding safely.

An astonishing 73 percent of child-safety seats aren't properly installed or used correctly. But when used right, safety seats reduce the risk of death by almost 71 percent, according to Safe Kids USA.
