Nearly 25 percent of crashes linked to gadget use

 

Texting, checking email, talking on the phone. All things we shouldn't do while driving, and yet not surprisingly, things we still do while behind the wheel. But just how bad are these distractions?

According to Cars.com, via Reuters, almost 25 percent of all accidents involve some form of gadget use.

The report which was done by the Governors Highway Association, also found that no evidence to suggest that a hands free device, such as a Bluetooth, is any less distracting.
