Celebrate the barn at the Eli Whitney Museum this Saturday. The barn was built by Whitney in 1816, and was used to house the animals who transported materials to the Armory. Then it was to store machinery used in building New Haven's water supply. Concerts, dance, plays and exhibitions took place inside the barn roughly 30 years ago. Today's celebration reunites those performers for a day of fun and art.
