    So I've been a complete couch potato while watching the Olympics at every possible opportunity. In fact, I should probably be writing about withdrawal from TV sports immersion, but instead I'm going to pass along some nutritional tips to help myself (and I'm guessing just about every other volleyball/kayaking/rowing/handball/ribbon-twirling viewer) get back in shape.
