1 pound of shredded or finely chopped ham (use a quality ham such as a John Morrel (easy-cut)
8 oz (yellow or white) American Cheese (shredded) or use Borden’s four cheese 8 oz package
1 cup Blue Plate mayonnaise

"Hard boiled eggs" is a top phrase on the all-powerful Google trends page this Good Friday, not surprising given Easter's "egg-stravaganza" is just two days away. But when it comes to "hard boiled" eggs I'm rather hard boiled myself. Don't do it.
