    Comedienne, author, entrepreneur, red carpet/fashion maven &nbsp;and sometimes Connecticut resident Joan Rivers celebrated a milestone 80<sup>th</sup> birthday last week, one that turned bittersweet after losing her sister Barbara just days before her June 8 natal day. But the birthday bash will go on this week when Rivers receives a special present from the &ldquo;E&rdquo; Entertainment network. In honor of her birthday, there will be extra episodes of her &ldquo;Fashion Police&rdquo; show (with daughter Melissa,) she will make appearances on several other &ldquo;E&rdquo; shows and there will be a special televised black-tie celebration on Friday. Categorizing 80 as &ldquo;just a number,&rdquo; Rivers was in between appearances on QVC selling her own line of jewelry when she took a break in the green room and Spilled the Beans with Java.
