    Throughout the summer the Guittard Chocolate Co. will host a guest chef series for bakers across Los Angeles. The classes are to be led by Guittard pastry chef Donald Wressell and feature hands-on workshops with chefs, chocolatiers and bakers so attendees can learn new skills, enhance techniques and expand their knowledge of chocolate. The guest chefs include Craig Ponsford, Jin Caldwell, Sherry Yard and Ewald Notter. The first class is set for July 6 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prices vary based on the class.
