David Arquette, the ex-husband of Courteney Cox and executive producer of “Cougar Town,” has sold the Beverly Hills home they shared for an undisclosed price. The property was listed last year at $19.5 million, and the sale price has not yet appeared in the public record.

Designed by modernist architect A. Quincy Jones and built in 1959, the museumlike trophy home sits on nearly an acre in the Trousdale Estates area. Features of the living space include a center hall, an updated kitchen with a breakfast area, a den/office, five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a service entrance and an alarm system.

An expansive lawn abuts the dramatic circular swimming pool, which adjoins a fountain. There are unobstructed city views. Garage space can accommodate six vehicles.

The then-couple renovated the house during their ownership.

Arquette, 42, is also an actor and director. He recently became engaged to actress Christina McLarty.

Cox, 50, has starred in "Cougar Town" since 2009 and starred on "Friends" from 1994 to 2004. She is engaged to Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid.

Arquette and Cox, who were divorced last year, bought the home in 2004 for $5.45 million.

Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland/Christie's International Real Estate was the listing agent and Rayni Romito and Branden Williams of the same office represented the buyer, according to real estate agents not authorized to comment on the deal.
