Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta In the season finale a second-time bride wants a gown that will put her in the spotlight. 9:30 p.m. TLC

The Knick Oscar and Emmy winner Steven Soderbergh is director and one of the executive producers of this new period medical drama set in New York City, circa 1900, where the Knickerbocker Hospital is making huge strides in the era before antibiotics. In the premiere, a brilliant and brooding doctor (Clive Owen, also an executive producer) steps into the position of chief surgeon after his mentor (Matt Frewer) leaves unexpectedly. Andre Holland, Eric Johnson and Michael Angarano also star. 10 p.m. Cinemax

Jonah From Tonga In this new spinoff from "Summer Heights High," premiering with two new episodes, Jonah (played by series creator Chris Lilly) is sent from one school to another and struggles to fit in, despite bullying and clueless adults. 10 and 10:30 p.m. HBO

Dick Cavett's Watergate This special draws heavily from archival footage from "The Dick Cavett Show" between 1972 and 1974, when the host interviewed nearly every key figure who was involved in the scandal. Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, former White House counsel John Dean and Watergate historian Timothy Naftali, are featured, along with never-before-broadcast audio from President Nixon's infamous White House tapes. 9 p.m. KOCE
