At the MTV European Music Awards in Amsterdam on Sunday, Miley Cyrus performed in several costumes, but most of the attention went to what she wore on the red carpet: a mini embellished with portraits of rappers Biggie and Tupac and the slogan "stop the violence" that was especially noteworthy from behind.
