One-pot clambake for two

2 cups chicken stock
2 cups clam juice
1 cup white wine
2 large Yukon gold potatoes
8 pearl onions
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 ounces smoked sausage (cubed)
garlic cloves
2 lobster tails
16 shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
12 clams
lemon (sliced)
2 ears corn-on-the-cob
(to taste) salt and pepper

 Simmer stock, seasonings, clam juice, white wine, potatoes, sausage, and pearl onions for 15 minutes.  Add in seafood and corn on the cob.  Simmer for 15 more minutes.  Add salt and pepper.  Serve over rice or crusty bread.
