- Mashed potatoes
- Bavarian potato dumpling mix
- Deep-fry batter mix
Mix mashed potatoes with dumpling mix in a 6:1 ratio it will become stiff.
Make a 1" ball of the mixture and flatten onto a surface sprinkled with flour.
Add 1 cube of ham and a small glob of orange chutney and wrap to seal.
Mix gravy with batter mix until it is thick, but still liquidy.
Roll ham/chutney/potato ball and deep fry until golden brown.
"Stick it" and eat!
