8-oz. Package of cream cheese
2 T Raspberry preserves
2 T minced jalapenos (with juice)
Fresh mixed greens
Red onion, sliced
Premium deli turkey
In a mixing bowl, cover the cream cheese with the jalapenos, the juice will help soften the cheese and make it easier to mix.
Next, add the raspberry preserves and mix.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the inside of both slices of bread.
Add desired amount of mixed greens, sliced red onion and deli turkey.
Lightly brush the top of the sandwich with olive oil and place on the griddle/panini press.
Grill each side of the sandwich for 1-2 minutes until desired crustiness. Cut in half and enjoy!
