Gouda Omlet

Two egg omlet with sauteed mushrooms, red bell peppers, white onion, Canadian bacon, and gouda cheese.
With Avocado/sauce and hot sauce.

Two eggs
Mushrooms (handful)
Smoked gouda cheese 3 slices
Cubed Canadian Bacon (handful)
Cubed red bell pepper (handful)
1/2 cup white onion
Three tablespoons olive oil
1-2 strong pinches of salt and black pepper
1-2 strong pinches of granulated garlic
Chipoltle Seasoning (strong pinch)
Six Pepper seasoning

In separate pan, saute onion till transparent in olive oil and add bell pepper to until it's soft.
Add pinches of salt and pepper, six pepper seasoning, and garlic.
Beat eggs until well mixed in another bowl, and add pinch of black pepper and salt
Pour eggs into pan... flip when ready.
Add two pieces of gouda cheese, add saute mixture and another slice of gouda.
