Masked Gunmen Rob Century City Tiffany & Co.
CENTURY CITY -- Police are searching for four to five armed gunmen who stormed a Century City Tiffany & Co. jewelry store during business hours and carried out a smash-and-grab robbery.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Century City Shopping Mall, located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd., according to Sgt. Shawn Duke of the Los Angeles Police Department's West Los Angeles Station.

The robbers, wearing ski masks, were armed with guns and hammers, police said. The suspects ordered employees to get down on the floor, smashed display cases and grabbed whatever jewelry was inside.

No injuries were reported.

Police say there is surveillance video of the robbery, however, they are not yet releasing the video.

The suspects are described only as four to five black men, according to police.
