Norwalk Math Tutor Accused of Sex Crimes Against 13-year-old Student
NORWALK, Calif. (KTLA) -- A Norwalk math tutor has been arrested for allegedly committing sex crimes against a 13-year-old female student and officials are seeking additional victims.

Frank Chung, 63, was arrested at his home in La Palma Thursday afternoon on suspicion of lewd acts with a minor. He was being held on $1 million bail.

An investigation was launched after the girl was overheard telling one of her siblings about inappropriate sexual contacts with the suspect over several occasions, according to Sgt Daniel Scott of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Special Victims Bureau.

Chung worked for the Kumon Learning Center in Norwalk for five years. He also tutored children in Northern California for about 25 years.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.
