Actress Jaime Pressly Sentenced in DUI Arrest
SANTA MONICA, Calif. ( KTLA) -- "My Name Is Earl" actress Jaime Pressly has been sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to drunken driving.

Pressly was also ordered to attend a six-month alcohol education class.

The Department of Motor Vehicles is also requiring an ignition locking device be installed on her car.

The 33-year-old actress was driving in Santa Monica around 11 p.m. January 5 when she was stopped for an alleged traffic violation

Pressly reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Pressly is married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, with whom she has a young son.

She also has a son with ex-fiance DJ Eric Cubiche.
