2 Attacked with Tire Iron at Fast Food Drive-Thru
SANTA ANA -- Two people were hospitalized after a man with a tire iron attacked them when they honked at him in a Jack in the Box drive through.

The attack happened at about 4 a.m. at the Jack in the Box at 1300 W. Edinger Avenue.

A man and a woman, both in their 20s, honked at an SUV in front of them in the drive-through lane.

They told police that two men and a woman got out of the vehicle and attacked them. One of the suspects had a tire iron, and hit both victims in the head.

The three suspects then drove away.

The victims were taken to the hospital, but police didn't know their condition.

No suspect descriptions were immediately available.
