'CatchMeKiller': Serial Killer Hoaxer Claimed 16 Victims

Andrew Haley is accused of posting a video on YouTube bragging to be a serial killer.
On the video the 27-year old boasts of slaughtering 16 young women and hiding their bodies.
He then taunts police and family members to find him.
Turns out it was all a cruel hoax.
And, while Haley may not be guilty of murder, victims' families call his actions despicable. Among those Haley claimed to have killed was beauty queen tnurned teacher Tara Grinstead, who disappeared in Ocilla, Ga., on Oct. 22, 2005.
Haley also claimed to have information on the 2006 disappearance of Jennifer Kesse of Orlando, Fla.
Investigators were able to track Haley down by his computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Haley is charged with making false statements and tampering with evidence.
Haley pleaded not guilty, calling his actions "a misunderstanding."
