Takeout Thursday Dish: Lady Gaga's Extra 'Meat' Starts Body Revolution
Google Lady Gaga and all you'll see are articles about not an outrageous meat outfit but sadly her weight gain. People have been gawking ever since Mother Monster showed a 25 pound fuller figure at a recent concert in Amsterdam. And that seems to be on the minds of our viewers as well.

In this week's Takeout Thursday Dish viewer Ronnie asks: "How Do You Feel About Lady Gaga's Weight Gain?"

Honestly, I can't believe this is even a topic. And neither can Gaga. She struck back at tabloid attacks on her weight by posting pics of herself wearing only a bra and panties on her fan website.

The captions above each photo read: "Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15… But today I join the BODY REVOLUTION…. To Inspire Bravery…. and BREED some … COMPASSION."

Gaga wrote that her "weight/loss/gain since I was child has tormented me."

"No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it," she wrote. "But YOU have. My boyfriend prefers me curvier, when i eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy. Happier than I've ever been. i am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size. And I love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well."

In addition to the letter to her fans, Gaga urged her Little Monsters to join her in her quest for self-acceptance, writing, "Please sign up for little http://monsters.com and join A BODY REVOLUTION."

Personally, I think Gaga is in love and hasn't been paying attention to her weight. Now she is of course using the weight gain to her advantage. There is no such thing as bad press after all. And it keeps her relevant.

It's important that we address the seriousness of eating disorders, especially here in the United States.

According to statistics as many as 10 million women and girls suffer from anorexia and/or bulimia, in the United States alone.

And it's not just women, approximately one million men and boys suffer from anorexia and/or bulimia, in the United States.

So remember Gaga's song "Born this Way", and work on loving yourself just the way you are.

What do you think about Lady Gaga's weight gain?
