Born June 28, 1937, in Roanoke, Va., to the late Walter R. and Catherine I. Mills Fringer.
He was employed by Pitney-Bowes of Baltimore, Md., until retiring in 1996.
He was a member of the National Guard at Martin’s Air Force Base in Baltimore.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Hagerstown.
Survivors include: wife, Marie Cincotta Fringer of Williamsport; daughter, Diane E. Wright and her husband Jason of Joppa, Md.; daughter, Deborah M. Florio and her husband Victor of Garnet Valley, Pa.; daughter, Denise A. Olivero and her husband Thomas of Frederick, Md.; sister-in-law, Patricia Nevins; nephew, Michael Fringer; niece, Teresa Gordon; grandchildren, Alaina, Amiee, Allison, Dominic, Gabriella, John, Katie, Antonio and Adelina; and great-grandson, Cameron.
He was predeceased by one brother, Raymond W. Fringer.
The family will receive friends at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. Wednesday for the convenience of family and friends.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 16, 2013, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Christopher P. Moore celebrant. Burial will be private.
