    Bobbi Vidas has been named the Washington County Health Department's Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2011. Vidas has been employed at the health department since 2004, initially working with the Maryland Children's Health program registering eligible mothers and children for medical insurance coverage. She later transferred to the Nursing Division's Communicable Disease program, where she works as a nurse's aide in the family planning, sexually transmitted infection, immunization, and tuberculosis clinics.&nbsp;
