WINNETKA (KTLA) -- Police found a 13-year-old African-American girl who had gone missing in Winnetka.
Valae Zonora Young was found around 6:30 a.m. at the Vallarta Supermarket off Sherman Way by a police unit patrolling the area, the LAPD said.
