Printmaker Ramón Vargas Ártiz of Havana, Cuba, an artist in residence at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, will conduct two master classes on reduction printmaking, a technique using a single plate, each day on three consecurive Wednesdays, Oct. 24 and 31 and Nov. 7.
Class I is from noon to 2:45 p.m. Class II is from 7 to 9:45 p.m. Both classes are in the Printmaking Studio in Shafer Hall 207.
