Pasadena activists have spent years trying to find a solution to sediment pollution in beleaguered Rock Creek. A massive storm Tuesday that dumped more than 10 inches of rain on the watershed smothered much of that work in tons of sand and dirt. Residents along the creek, along with county officials, are discussing what to now about impact of the storm on fragile creeks and streams around Anne Arundel County.
