Just over a year after “Mad Men” wrapped its run, its creator Matthew Weiner is set to return to TV with a series for Amazon.
The project received a straight-to-series order and will consist of eight episodes, The Times has confirmed.
Details were scarce on the new project. but unlike “Mad Men’s” look back at the 1950s and ‘60s, this new series will be set in the present day.
