With his Travel Channel series "No Reservations" and "The Layover," Food Network's "A Cook's Tour" and stints on "The Taste" -- for which he's Emmy-nominated for his hosting duties for a second year in a row -- and "Top Chef," Bourdain is an old pro at this point.
