Second weekend of Jazz Fest kicks off with a sunny forecast

After rain deluged and muddied the infield at the Fair Grounds Race Course, sparking a partial shutdown last week of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, it returns Thursday through Sunday with acts including Darrius Rucker, Wilco, Earth Wind & Fire, Boney James, Stevie Wonder, Snoop Dogg, Meghan Trainor, Patti LaBelle and the Kings of Leon.
