    Freaker's Ball '14: Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., known as B.o.B., broke hip-hop stereotypes by favoring romantic songs over sexually charged ones. He grew up in Georgia, and started rapping as a teenager. At 21, his single "Nothin' on You," featuring Bruno Mars, rose to the top charts. B.o.B. will perform 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Freaker's Ball, Florida Atlantic University's annual hip-hop concert.
