Pete Rose, 73, still wants back in baseball, and he has formally asked for forgiveness. Rose submitted a request to be reinstated to MLB commissioner Rob Manfred, who says he'll review the Dowd report and everything else that led to then-commissioner Bart Giamatti moving to ban Rose in 1989.
