Midcentury home of late composer Paul Buckmaster looks to orchestrate a sale

The Hollywood Hills home of Paul Buckmaster, the late Grammy Award-winning composer known for his collaborations with David Bowie, Elton John and the Rolling Stones, is for sale at $1.385 million.

The Midcentury home, designed and built in 1957 by Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman, sits on nearly half an acre of grounds next to Runyon Canyon Park. The one-story house, which retains its classic details, is entered through a cantilevered overhang and has 1,540 square feet of interior space.
