Leonardo DiCaprio dips his toe in Malibu's summer lease market

Finding no takers for his Carbon Beach home yet, Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has put the Malibu property up for lease at $25,000 a month, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The oceanfront bungalow, dating to the 1950s and since remodeled, had been up for sale since last year for as much as $10.95 million. It last changed hands in 1998 for $1.6 million, public records show.
