    'Rabbit Hole'
    After debuting in April with "Godspell," New City Players just couldn't resist going down the "Rabbit Hole" for its sophomore production. The play with moments of dark comedy won a Pulitzer Prize in 2007 for playwright David Lindsay-Abaire ("Shrek the Musical," "High Fidelity") and was made into a movie in 2010 starring Nicole Kidman. About a family's grief, "Rabbit Hole" is directed by Timothy Mark Davis, a lead in New City Players' inaugural show. "'Godspell' was fun and important," he explains. "But in the selection of our next production, we wanted to show versatility and move into a different genre. 'Rabbit Hole' is a critically-acclaimed piece of art."
