World Travel Film Series Through August At Gunn Library

Gunn Memorial Library and Museum, at 5 Wykeham Road in Washington, plays host to a World Traveler Summer Film Series of six classic and contemporary films that celebrate the pleasure of traveling.

All the films will be shown Mondays at 1 p.m.

The series opens July 11 with "If It's Tuesday, This Must be Belgium," the 1969 satire about a group of American tourists taking a whirlwind journey through nine European countries. It stars Suzanne Pleshette and Ian McShane.

On July 18, the series continues with "Before Sunrise," the 1995 Ethan Hawke-Julie Delpy romance about two people who meet on a train and take a brief sojourn in Vienna.
