You might see a certain famous composer grabbing slices of New Haven's famous pizza later this month.
John Adams, who presented the Tanner Lectures on Human Values in 2009 and was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2013, returns to Yale during the week of Oct. 12-19 for a series of panels, workshops and concerts, according to a Yale press release.
There's a panel discussion on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 1 p.m. in Morse Recital Hall (in Sprague Hall, 470 College St.), where Adams will chat with Yale president Peter Salovey and Yale School of Music dean Robert Blocker about, you know, music and stuff. (Tickets aren't required.)
